"I want to thank Troy for all those times he kicked my ass in preparation for BUD/s . He did a wonderful job and helped me get to where I am today. Thank you." - Dyson of San Diego USNSW
"I've had nearly every kind of injury or trauma you can think of. Dislocated my shoulder and chipped off the tip of my humerus. Fell of a helo and fractured my femur. Gunshot wounds, etc. When I met Troy, I had severe tendonitis in both elbows. You could literally see the swelling from across the room! My range of motion was limited - I couldn't lock out my elbows. I still had to suck it up and do pull ups. Pain was a 12 on a 10 scale. Troy showed me three things to do - a mobility drill for the hand, one for the knee and an eye exercise. Pain dropped to a zero, immediately and my ROM increased. He explained to me how I'd need to practice the drills and get some reps in for the changes to stick - he expected the pain could come back if I did nothing. Happy to report that I called him 3 months later to say I am still pain free and I didn't do what I was supposed to!" - Lou of Virginia Beach, VA USNSW
"Thanks for helping me work through my injuries (bad parachute landing). I'm now in the best shape of my life!
Some of the stuff you taught me came in handy during SFAS - since it helped me stay "pain free".
Funny thing - when I was on watch, a few of the guys asked me what I was doing and if it helped, so I showed them a couple of things. Then I had a few hours I could sleep and when I got up there were probably a dozen guys teaching each other how to do it because they too wanted get out of pain. It spread so fast because it works! Thanks!!
